I use XP Home. I want it to bypass the welcome/logon screen. I
get a dialog box saying it can't logon, and showing "Administrator" as
the name. I change the name to "Owner" and then it logs on. I do not
have to enter a password.
I checked options under Control Panel/Users -- all settings are
correct to bypass the logon/welcome screen.
I checked TweakUI settings -- all settings there are correct,
too.

In addition, when I shut down, I get a dialog box with a
drop-down menu asking for shutdown, reboot, cancel. It is NOT the
three-button box that I used to get.

Furthermore, when I hit control+alt+delete, Task Manager does not
open. Instead, I get a dialog box with several option buttons--one
button is Task Manager. I have to click that to get into task
manager.

Weird, eh? How to fix these troubles?
