My daughter just found the w32 blaster worm virus on her
machine and the college she attends says she must
download a patch from you before they will turn on the
net connection. I checked the patch and found it to be
135 mg. Is this the patch, why so large and how to i
install it. she has already removed the virus. How do i
know if i need the patch or if i allready have it done?
I'm running winxp professional thanks for the help chip

The patch is not 135MB. Windows XP Service Pack 1 is. You sould have both
installed.
