W32.Pinfi ?

Can someone help me please. My Norton Anitvirus has
detected a virus and cannot repair or delete the file. I
know where it is and cannot delete it my self. The virus
is called W32.Pinfi. Can someone help me remove this
file. Thanx

Especially the part about System Restore.

Essentially:

Turn off System Restore.

Reboot.
Turn on System Restore.

Make a Manual Restoration Point.
