W2k DC in a 4.0 domain?

Stupid question: Can you you introduce a Windows 2000 domain controller in
to a NT 4.0 domain(no AD, no 2K DCs)?

Domain consists of two 4.0 Domain controllers and 3 2K member servers. I was
under the impression that you could only use 2K domain controllers in an 2K
AD domain.

You can introduce Windows 2000 DC in this network only via ugrading Your
PDC to the Windows 2000 level. Windows 2000 can't act as BDC in NT 4.0
domain
