Vuescan 8.0 & Hot Key for Calibrate

I know it seems like a small thing, but I miss the hot key "control + c" for
scanner calibration. Any chance we could have that back in the future? I
generally always recalibrate after the scanner has been on for a bit.

Same for CTRL+U for Manual Refocus, I'll eventually un-learn the reflex to
use it, but it works faster than choosing from a menu. VueScan for Windows
by the way (maybe it was a transitional glitch going from 7.xx to 8.xx ?).
