As you've already deleted the files ZoneAlarm uses, you will not be able to
use Add/Remove Programs to get rid of it. You're left with two options;
1) Reinstall ZoneAlarm, reboot, then uninstall properly.
2) Using the Services snap-in in MMC (go to "Services" under Control Panel |
Administrative Tools) change the startup option for True Vector from
"Automatic" to "Manual". After a reboot, you should be able to delete your
file, however, this won't get rid of the service and is not the best way to
uninstall a program. Option 1 is best.
