Hi,

I am taking a VB.Net programming class. I installed the
VS.Net that came with my textbook. For some reason the
keyboard shortcut to use the debug menu tool "step into"
is f8 instead of f11. My book and the help documentation
for the program say the shortcut for that command is f11.
I seem to have alot of little problems like this with my
VS.Net, that my friends do not. Any advice? Thanks

Matt

On the Start Page of Visual Studio go to My Profile. Try
setting yourself to a VB developer. That may fix your
problems.

Hi,
It also seems coincidental that the VB6 and earlier were
using the F8 shortcut key for stepping into and now VS.Net
uses F11. Carol
