VS.Net 2002 Professional, VB migration tool said not to be install

I know for a fact that the migration tool has been installed and I can see
evidence of having run it (two years ago) because there is a
_UpgradeReport.htm file present.
I have reinstalled .Net, but still get the 'Migration tool not installed'
message when I open a .VBP file

Any suggestions or solutions?

(This post is also present in the .update newsgroup)

Thanks! Interestingly my MSDN search didn't turn up this reference so I
checked it out again, and in fact the error message is NOT as quoted in the
article <b>'upgrade tool'<b> but <b>'migration tool'<b>

Thanks again, I'll try the re-register route; but one wonders what happened,
and there is no sugestion as to cause in the article

I am curious if that solved the problem...

It did the job. In fact the article as written has factual errors , but the
most important fact is that regasm.exe worked. Thanks again
