VPN is very slow

I am using Win 2000 Server RAS to VPN. It is very slow and it is very hard
to acces outlook and network drive. How can I speed it up or are there any
other solutions for VPN other than Windows 200 RAS.

Please I need you help.

The issue you have may not be related to RRAS. In you post you did not
specify allot of information.

- First what type and connection speed of internet connectivity do you have
at the location of the RRAS Server? i.e. DSL/Cable/T-1
- Of that above what is the bandwidth?
- Same question goes on the client end, the remote users how are they on
band-width?

The connection to the RRAS server it T1 and remote user are either DSL or
Cable. But still it take them a long time to open outlook or files from the
network drive.

Please help me me out what can I do.
