VPN error

When i tried to connect into the companies thru vpn, i got the error message
error 619. I was connecting to the company's network thru a broadband adsl
connection that have a router installed. When i connect the vpn thru dialup,
it has no problems.

Assumiing dial-up works using the same username, it could be the router issue and check if there is new firmware avaliable. This link may help,

Any suggestions on how to change or reset the settings of a router? I'm using
a D-Link router.
