VPN Browsing

After setting up a VPN connection from my laptop to home
(both running XP Pro) I would like to browse for shared
files from the home computer. How do I do this? I cant see
any other computers in my Network Places with the laptop
after
the VPN is made. I can run Remote Desktop no problem. But
I would just like to browse for shared files on the home
computer after connecting. How can I do this? Thank you
