Voting buttons in Outlook 2003 not showing

Hi all,

We use Outlook 2003 as e-mail program
the option Voting buttons is a nice feature

but it seems that some users don't see the voting buttos,
while other do
What could cause this?

We're all on the same exchange server (server2003)

Has anybody any idea??

Don't the see it in te Reading Pane or when hey actually open the message?

Sorry for the late respons,

In the preview/reading pane they don't see the info bar,
and after opening the mail they don't see the buttons
