In Outlook (2000), is there a way to combine the "Yes" Vote + "Send Response
Now"...One click operation. Of course the NO" Vote+ "Send Response
Now"...would be adjusted also.

You would need to create a custom form and adjust each action's behavior on
the (Actions) page.
