The sound when I adjust the volume control on the taskbar
is coming from my pc speaker instead of my desktop
speakers. This occured after I removed a trojan from my
computer. How can I get the adjust tone to go through the
desktop speakers ?

Re-install your soundcard drivers.

.I reinstalled the soundcard drivers and that did not
solve the problem, so I reinstalled soundblaster, and the
tone on the volume control is still coming from the pc
speaker instead of the desktop speakers. Are there any
other solutions.

Start > Control Pannel > Sounds .... > Advanced Audio Properties > make sure
some type of loudspeakers are selected from the list.
