Volume Control

I am running XP Home, and my computer is Emachines T4150, my sound card is
AC97 Audio. My question is, how do i get advanced control options button
for my Volume Control, (in the advanced options i can adjust treble and
bass, and also check a box for making my speakers louder.) Just like the
microphone does?? My girlfriend has the same make of soundcard "Realtek"
and she has that advanced option.

It depends if those options are supported by your soundcard's drivers. If they
are not available then they are not supported. Check with eMachines for updated
drivers.
