Until this afternoon our audio was working fine, but now there is absolutely no sound coming from our computer. I try to go into "Volume Control" but it says that there is no audio device
The only thing that has changed since this afternoon is that my son installed Windows Movie Maker. The speakers are fully connected
Can anyone help me?

Greetings Laura,

What seems to be the problem? Enabling the "mixer" at startup?

To enable it just follow the steps below:

1) Start > Run
2 ) Type in "msconfig" (without the quotes)
3 ) Click on "Startup" tab
4) and just tick the mixer

Thanks and best of luck!

Greetings,

Have you tried checking for your sound drivers on the Windows Update site?

Thanks and best of luck!
