WaxMail is a new free product that lets you record your voice as an MP3
and attach directly to an email to send to any email address. It plugs
directly into MS Outlook 2000/XP/2003.

end of all WaxMail emails that you send.

I'm afraid I agree. And at any rate, it's not that hard to make a voice
recording using Audacity and then export it to .mp3 format:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

You could then attach the file to email in just about any email program,
Thunderbird included.
