VNC - XP Pro Issues

I am in the process of deploying numberous PC's that have Windows XP
Professional. My goal is to have VNC on these PC's to support my
users. I can't use Remote Desktop due to company issues. In the past
I have not had any problems with controlling multiple users, assign an
original password during VNC install and all users have that same
password. I have noticed that with XP I install VNC but the passwords
do not carry over to all users. How do I install the application and
have the password carry over to all users? I have only tested this
with RealVNC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
