How can I make the vlookup function not return anything if it can't find the
reference data in the far left column? If it can't find the lookup data can
it just return nothing?
I am trying to make my totals worksheet look in a column for initials, then
return the value from a cell in the same row where the initials are entered.
I can get it to return the value if the lookup column has the initials, but
if the initials it's looking for aren't in the first column it returns #N/A
and then it won't add. Is there a way to sum a range of cells and get it to
ignore the #NA and just add the cells with numbers?
