I am trying to do a comparison of employee #'s to find which ones are
missing from the prior month i.e. Sept to Oct. I have the standard template
with three tabs. They are labeled Oct, sept, Aug. The first for Sept - Oct
already has the formula Vlook (A2,sept!A:A,1,0)
How do I can change the vlook? I need to compare the same information
(compare Id #) for other months i.e. Aug to sept and July to augt. I am not
sure how to get the formula to apply to the entire whole column on the new
page for the next month. How can I get the formula and change over correctly
to receive an N/A . I need to figure out who is missing and it is a very
large group of employee. The employee ID # is in column a and the
information I am wanting it to check against is inc column E. Thank you
