visual web developer wouldn't install under vista

It broker when trying to download net framework 2.0 beta.

However it installed under xp just a week ago. I also has vs 2005 with sql
server installed.

There is no need to install a beta of the .net framework 2.0 as Vista
already has the final 3.0 version which is the 2.0 core plus some additional
services.
Contact the vendor for their statement of support for their product on
Windows Vista

??? Why on earth are you trying to install the beta version of v2 of the
Framework...?

Especially on Vista!!!
