I have visual.studio.net 2003 version 7.1.3088

Now I would like to start with new version: Visual Studio 2005 Beta

Can I have installed both versions?

I will continue to work in my old studio, I will use new one just for
learning purpose.

I did this with 2003 and 2002 it worked. I hope that it will work for u with
2003 and 2005 as well..

I have this on my working computer at my job and I can't risk.
I would like to get the answer from someone already tried the same.

You can do this, the environments themselves will work fine. But it will
trash your file associations, and after uninstalling the 2005 beta you'll
need to repair the installation of 2003.

This applies to the express editions of VS2005. Unless the full VS has a
different installer, I expect the same to apply there.

Installing beta software on a production machine, especially one tied to
your job, is an unacceptable risk to most people.
You'd be far safer installing the VS 2005 beta on a separate PC, in a
separate environment in a dual boot system or under Virtual PC.

Yes you can, you can run in some problem though, for example my SQL server
shows weirds characters since I installed 2005 beta 1, and some files
associations are not correct yet, but I haven't found much problems after
all,

again, it's not wise to install it on a production machine or your main
development machine,

Yes, both will install on the same machine, but the associations will be
tied to the last version installed (usually the beta). BUT, if you say
there is a risk, then you should NEVER install the beta on this machine -
it's just not good common sense.
