Have any one evaluated this product, have any comment ? I seen it using
..Net framework 1.2, what main changes of this version?

I can't download it. The download site is overloaded. Is there an
alternative download location?
 
There are definitely some bugs that need to be worked out, but for the most
part I think it looks great! Some items like MainMenu, ContextMenu and
StatusBar no longer appear in the default toolbox - instead there are
MenuStrip, ContextMenuStrip and StatusStrip, which are dolled up equivalents
that resemble Office 2003.
