Visual 2008 Complile options - Release folder

Greetings,

I'm a newbie to vb.net wondering which of my current settings need changing
for the project to ensure a release folder is created?

I have looked under "compile" and the rest of the tabs under project
properties screen without any joy.

The first thing on the Compile tab should be a Configuration combobox.
Change it to Release.
