I got a new laptop, a gifet for my sister, she doen't speak english, I though
would be helpfull to learn the language, but is so complicate for her, and
hse is makeing a mess with the system, how I can change the language form
English to Spanish on a windows vista home edition, Don't tell me I have to
buy a spanish vista edition, the store told me what could be change to
spanish.

Sorry to say but there is no way to switch UI language on any version of
Vista but Ultimate version. So a new OS your sister needs can be English
version of Vista Ultimate because its UI can be switched to Spanish.

Sorry, the store lied to you. It cannot be done. If they know how, take
the laptop to them and have them do it - then tell the rest of us.
