which seems a little overboard. Is there a definitive guide as to which
Windows processes for Vista are required? The computer games just
fine...Bioshock with all the eye candy is smooth, no crashes or freezes.
Programs (that I've installed) which always have running processes are
AVAST, Crystal Control 2 (LCD software), and Logitech Setpoint
(bluetooth keyboard/mouse).
The Windows Experience says the comp scores a 5.1 (an AMD 5200 being the
"weak link", all else is 5.9). Windows says Bioshock has a recommended
rating of 2. Seems a little on the low side since the games recommends a
dual core processor and 2 GB of RAM. Curious how Windows comes up with
the recommended Index.
Thanks,
Fitz
