I recently bought a new PC already installed with Windows Vista
Premium.
I would like to know if I can still use PC Banter for help and support
for this particular Windows product? I still have the old PC but hardly
ever use it now,and I am eventuially moving it on to my nephew.Any info
or help would be appreciated. Ricky

You are accessing a Microsoft newsgroup using a web-based interface
called PCBanter. PCBanter is a third-party company that takes
publicly-available information and (reprehensibly, in my view)
distributes it for profit.

Some newsgroup participants won't even answer your questions if they
see that they come from a site like PCBanter.

You would do *much* better to access any of these newsgroups directly,
either on the Microsoft web site, or *much* better, by using a
newsreader, such as Outlook Express (Windows Mail, in Vista), which
comes with Windows. See
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/outlookexpressnewreader.htm

And yes, Microsoft also has Vista newsgroups available.
