Vista Weather Gadget is DOWN

When I just got a PC with pre-installed Vista, the weather Gadget works fine
for Toronto, Canada.
But lust couple weeks it is shown that service is not available for that.

Does anybody has the same problem and how to avoid it?

Works ok here, did you try setting it to a different location to see if that
worked, then changing it back?

I tried a lots of any other North American location, including LA,
Washington.
It's not working here.
"Service not available in your language or region"

Yes, i'm in the UK & it works fine.
