Network is Network I.e once it set there is No much every day functional
differences Network wise when using the same applications that were used
with WinXP.
From the client point they would experience nice cooler OS with new
capacities, and smoother Network experience.
From the installer point of view there is a learning curve. The principles
are similar to WinXP, but the setting and menu structure changed. Once the
installer learns the new Network interface it is actually easier to deal
with than with WinXP.
There a new TCP/IP stack, and there is new network tools embedded in the
interface, it and thus provides better Networking in general. When using the
same connection the Internet is slightly faster under Vista.
