Vista - Synching Directories

I want to synch two directories on two external HDs, but when I go to Synch,
I can't address (see) the directories.

Is there another way to synch directories? I used to use LapLink, but it no
longer works with Vista.

Thanks to all.

My synching problems are over. I tries the MS Synch toy and it worked
great.

I'll give Karen's app a try also.
