You must have downloaded from the right side of the page. I did that once
and never figured out exactly what that file was. All I can guess is that
the file is some type of download manager you could use to finish the
download but I never tried it. If you use the left side of the page, you
will get the other download manager. If you use it, make sure and leave the
window open where it is being stored so you can move the file later.
