Does anyone know if Vista will be able to decode DVDs out of the box? and
also, does do Bluetooth without the use of 3rd party drivers?

well it's certainly there on mine. Try doing a "refresh" of newsgroups and
then just typing "vista" (without the quotes) in the Newsgroup search bar.
