I have a “b†mode wireless access point. I am unable to connect to it using
Vista. I had no problems running XP. What should I do to rectify the
problem? Is “G†Mode locking me out? Please help.

There is nothing inherent in Vista that would keep you from connecting to a
"b" mode access point.

Some more information may help. Things like model of your access point,
built-in wireless or external, what brand, WEP or WPA, SSID broadcast
status, etc.

It is a generic wireless router. It was working perfectly fine in XP. Once
I changed it to Vista... no more internet. Is there a step by step
instruction to get Vista to recognize "B" mode? What I mean perhaps is...
How do you access and change the woreless adapter?
