I can send but not receive e-maiil. Error is:

0x80004050

AT&T says this is a Microsoft error. KB not helpful for Vista.

Can anyone help?

That's not a complete error message. If you need any more help,
click on the error message and see if you can copy all of it into
your next message.

However, first go here:

If this gives you an error message saying the page was not found,
go down the list on the right until you find Email and click on it.
 
Please post the entire error message.
right-click on it, and select Copy, then paste it into a reply.
