Vista Mail filtering

I am thinking of updating to Vista from Windows XP, and would like to
know if Vista Mail filtering provided any improvement on Outlook Express.

In particular can filtering be done on news header fields like

X-Complaints-To:
NNTP-Posting-Host:

Any help would be appreciated.

The best advice you can get from people who have encountered upgrading to
Vista is to keep your sanity and stay away, FAR, FAR away from Vista. It
will drive you absolutely insane trying to make things work. For example it
took me 3 days trying to import my Outlook Express contacts to Vista. Still
can't get the messages to import no matter what I try and I've tried them
all.

Wish someone would have warned me.

I like Vista. Once you get past the learning curve it's easy to use and I
haven't had a crash since RC1.

The usual problem importing OE messages is related to path. See here:
