Windows mail encountered an unexpeted problem while displaying this message.
Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

I have done all the procedures that HP sent and still I can't delete the 147
messages in my outbox. any suggestion.

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

Ignore the title, it works on other folders in addition to the Outbox.
