Vista error files to send to MS

Hi all
when i execute disk cleanup i can see a lot of Kbs of error files ready to
be sent to MS
how can i force the send instead deleting them ?
 
If you open the Control Panel and go to "Problem Reports and Solutions" that
will trigger a send of any files that Microsoft wants or needs but there is
no way (and no need!) to force the sending of the other files.

Thanks now i can't see that opion in CP due that i've mi GUI in spanish due
to the voice recognition feature
