Vista calendar

All of a sudden the Vista Calendar has become "read only" and will not let
me edit it at all.

I have been to properties and the read only box is unchecked.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should check it on and apply and then check it off and apply to see if
things will reset, if you have not already done that.
 
have you by chance subscribed to a second calendar.
if so, you have to select the original calendar from the left pane to be able to edit.
