Visited Links Not Marked

I am finding that visited links stay the correct color
only for a day or so and then revert to the unvisited
link color. I have set IE to keep pages in its history
for 20 days and thought this would take care of the
problem. How do I keep IE displaying visited links?

Possibly your History folder is corrupt:
[XP\2K]
Log on as Administrator and delete the desired <username> folder(s).
[example]
"C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\HISTORY"

Note: McAfee AV with ActiveX controls enabled is known to cause History
problems.
