can you help when I try to learn about inserting pictures and othe objects it
asks me for the programe visa it is no on my system how do I get it and how
much will it cost regards

Can you tell us what visa means in English? Is it asking for the "key code", or
is it asking for a password perhaps? Have you activated your version of
PowerPoint? Try going to Help > Activate Product.

Or perhaps are you using a trial version of PowerPoint that has expired?

Let's try this again. Remember that we can't see your screen; we have to
depend on you to explain things clearly. Punctuation and completely spelled out
words will help.

Now, what happens if you start PowerPoint, let it create a new blank
presentation, then choose Insert, Picture, From File from the main PowerPoint
menu bar?

You should get a dialog box that lets you choose the picture you want to insert.

If something else happens, give us the exact wording of any messages that pop
up.
