I get a virus alert in C:\System Volume
Information\_restore. The virus IDed is I-worm/klez.H.

My virus scan does not detect it and I cannot open the
restricted System Volume Information.

can anyone help?

Anti-Virus cannot do MS proprietary database files. Disable system
restore, delete restore points if still there, reboot, run antivirus
again to make sure you are cleaned, then re-enable your _restore
thinggies.
