Hello,

Information on this one is minimal,I'm afraid. It is an
Agobot variant.

You can run an online virus scan at any of these
locations:

Trend:
http://housecall.antivirus.com
http://housecall.trendmicro.com

McAfee:
http://www.mcafee.com/myapps/mfs/default.asp

Panda:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

BitDefender
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/license.php

To be honest,it is probably going to be complicated to
remove it.You can try deleting it in safe
mode.Alternatively, there is a programme which enables you
to delete stubborn files on the next reboot, automatically.
Only the old version is now free, but,it may help.It is
called "moveonboot",and is available here:

http://www.gibinsoft.net/

(Scroll down the page til you get to the "free old
version".)

Post back for further assistance.
