Virus?

When I boot my computer and Ctrl-Alt-Del and look at
processes I see that I immediately have 100% CPU usage,
of which 97% is associated with tcpsvcs.exe. If I turn
that off the computer will act normally for a while but I
have no Internet access, naturally. If I start a game
like Diablo it runs for so long then everything locks up.

Ideas?
