Virus scan

Whe I scanned today I got a possible unwanted program
message. I want to check to see if it is really needed
before I delete it. The file is: c:documentand
settings\Randy\local settings\temporary internet
files\contenet.ie5ypnk9gza\maconnect[1].cab. Ant help
would be appreciated. Thanks

It is in the temporaray internet file folder so that
tells you that you do not need it.
