virus safe mode backdoor.sdbot

ran virusscan and found that i had a virus called backdoor.sdbot under the system32.exe file tried to delete or quarantine but it wouldn't work tried restarting in safe mode but that wouldn't work it would just show a bunch of script and would just sit there. i'm getting really pissed of this sux. Any help would be appreciated i have xp pro
