Virus removed, but cut and paste, delete key not working in hotmail

I removed a virus with McAffe and when i run Hotmail, my cut and paste is ghosted, the Delete Key in non fuctional and I can not "close" open windows
ANY IDEAS, before I wipe the drive and start over.
