Hello,

I am having trouble with my windows xp home edition - when i try to shut
down it takes ages and sometimes completely sticks...i often have to switch
my pc off by the power button instead of the normal safe shutdown process.
Have I got the wrong virus and spyware protection ? I have AntiVirXP, Norton
Internet Security 2002 (firewall disabled), Norton Antivirus Auto Protect,
Spyware Blaster, Adaware, Pop Up Stopper and TDCleaner all working on my PC.
Is this too much and which ones should I keep or delete. I use Morpheus a lot
for downloading music and share around 550 files each time. Does anyone have
any advice for me - my PC is just too slow and I defragment regularly and
scan for viruses.
PLEASE PLEASE help me.

Thanks Caroline Thom.....xx

I want to reinstal an application from setup, setup wants me to close open
progs. in this case "norton antivirus".how do I close this prog.It does not
show on "task manager"
Thank you

Look for Norton Antivirus icon on the your Taskbar screen (lower right by the system time). Find Norton. Rick-click on it. Close it.
