virus patch

I would like to use the virus patch that windows is
offering for the new virus, but I don't know if I need
windows xp 32 bit or windows xp 64 bit, can someone help
me. thanks
 
If you're running XP Home, there is ONLY a 32bit version. If you are
running XP Pro, chances are it's also 32bit. The 64bit version is only for
installation on specialized hardware... the CPU alone would cost about
$4000.

Yours is 32 bit.

Watch out for all Microsoft fanboyz here who will blame you for any harm
that comes to your system.
 
You have 32bit most likely

If you have XP Home it is for sure 32bit.

If you have XP Pro..Right click on My Computer and select Properties. If
you see 64-bit in there anywhere u have 64 it it does not say 64 then u have
32.
