virus or spyware has hijacked by IE home page

a program has gotten in my computer that is hyjacking my
IE home page when I boot my computer. any ideas ofhow to
find it and kill it. Spyware program did not find it
not did norton...
 
Not sure of the web address but do a search on google for adaware or spybot
install and run both you should be able to find it.

I use the lavasoft ad aware, it's free.
 
It is known as Scumware. Visit these sites. Download and install, run
one or all. They are all good, FREE utilities. The first site gives some
