virus on my computer

I have a virus on my computer called W32.Netsky.D@mm in my winlogon.exe, i am unable to delete this virus
My Norton anti-virus will not delete. I ahve tried to delete this in safe mode and nothing is working. Help!!!!!
 
And how would this be Outlook related...???

Yes, but Outlook is not the problem here. Are you going to blame Outlook as
well if you can't open pdf-files when Adobe Acrobat has a problem just
because you received the file by Outlook?

only joking, just posted a link to the OP so they could sort out their problem

*I* know its not an outlook problem, wether or not she does is debatable - and I have seen users blame outlook when acrobat fails to find a colorspace or similar as I'm sure you have (in spades)
